TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Mederos Marketing Group
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) describe the rules for using the Mederos Marketing Group website and the general conditions applicable to our business interactions.
“Mederos Marketing Group,” “MMG,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mederos Marketing Group. “You” and “your” refer to the person or business interacting with us.
Our website is available at mederosmarketinggroup.com. MMG provides branding, website services, content creation, social media management, digital advertising, reputation management, and related marketing services to businesses throughout the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, and other markets we serve.
The provisions below concerning paid services apply when incorporated into a proposal, order, or service agreement that you accept.
1. ACCEPTANCE & AUTHORITY
When these Terms are presented for your acceptance and you agree to them, you agree to the provisions applicable to your interaction with MMG.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase our services. If you act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept the applicable agreement on its behalf.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a free consultation does not create an obligation to purchase services. A paid engagement begins when the parties accept the applicable scope, fees, and other engagement requirements.
2. PROPOSALS & SERVICE AGREEMENTS
The specific terms of a paid engagement are established through an accepted proposal, statement of work, order, or service agreement.
That agreement should identify the services, deliverables, fees, billing schedule, project timing, responsibilities, cancellation provisions, and any other material conditions.
If an accepted service agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement, subject to applicable law.
Updating this website does not automatically change an existing client agreement.
3. SERVICE SCOPE & PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
Our website describes services that MMG offers generally. A service is included in your engagement only when identified in your accepted proposal or agreement.
Website management and SEO upkeep do not include a new website, a complete redesign, or major development work unless expressly included.
Advertising management does not automatically include advertising spend. Content creation does not automatically include every production format, location, or quantity shown elsewhere on our website.
Where a package includes unlimited graphic design, the accepted proposal will explain the included design work, request process, production workflow, revisions, and exclusions. Requests are scheduled and completed through that agreed workflow.
Additional services or changes outside the agreed scope require approval of the resulting fees and schedule before the additional work begins.
4. CLIENT INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing the information, access, materials, and decisions reasonably needed to perform the agreed services.
These responsibilities may include:
Providing accurate business details, prices, offers, and service descriptions.
Identifying an authorized contact who can provide instructions and approvals.
Supplying brand assets, existing materials, and relevant business requirements.
Providing authorized access to websites, advertising accounts, social profiles, and other necessary platforms.
Reviewing work and responding within agreed timeframes.
Informing MMG promptly about changes that affect active content or campaigns.
Clients must have the rights and permissions needed for materials and data they supply. This includes photographs, videos, music, logos, testimonials, contact lists, and other protected or regulated content.
MMG remains responsible for permissions and licenses associated with materials it independently supplies.
5. APPROVALS, REVISIONS & PRODUCTION SCHEDULES
The approval process and included revisions are determined by the accepted proposal or service agreement.
Clients should review submitted work for factual accuracy, pricing, contact information, offer conditions, and business-specific requirements before approval.
Publication may occur after individual approval or under an agreed content calendar or standing authorization. Silence is not treated as approval unless the parties have expressly agreed to that process.
Requests for a new direction, replacement concept, or additional work after approval may affect the scope, cost, or delivery schedule. Any additional charges require approval.
Project timing depends on the agreed scope, timely access and feedback, production arrangements, and third-party requirements. We communicate material delays and work with the client to adjust the schedule.
Photography and video scheduling, location access, participant permissions, rescheduling arrangements, and approved outside production costs are addressed in the relevant engagement.
6. FEES, PAYMENTS & RECURRING BILLING
Fees, payment deadlines, deposits, installment arrangements, and recurring charges are stated in the accepted proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and additional approved charges will be identified where required.
Recurring billing requires your authorization. The amount or method of calculating charges, billing frequency, renewal conditions, and cancellation process must be disclosed before you enroll.
Accepting these general Terms alone does not authorize unspecified recurring charges.
If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may contact you to resolve the issue. Any suspension, late charge, or collection remedy must be consistent with the accepted agreement and applicable law.
Please contact danny@mederosmarketinggroup.com promptly about an invoice you believe is incorrect. Requesting assistance from MMG does not waive your payment-dispute rights.
7. ADVERTISING BUDGETS & THIRD-PARTY EXPENSES
Advertising spend is separate from MMG’s service or management fee unless your accepted agreement expressly states otherwise.
Advertising spend includes amounts charged by platforms such as Google and Meta to deliver advertisements. Other expenses may include hosting, domain registration, software subscriptions, stock assets, printing, production vendors, or other outside services.
MMG’s authority to incur expenses is limited to the budgets and purchases you authorize. Material budget increases require approval.
Where platforms charge your payment method directly, their billing terms apply. Platform spending and reporting may involve processing delays or adjustments.
Requests to pause advertising should be sent promptly to your MMG contact. Pausing a campaign may not reverse charges already incurred. Billing errors, unused funds held by MMG, and disputed charges will be addressed according to the circumstances, the accepted agreement, and applicable law.
8. PROMOTIONS & INTRODUCTORY PRICING
Promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, limited availability, introductory periods, or specific package inclusions.
Material conditions will be stated with the offer and confirmed in the accepted proposal or agreement.
An introductory rate does not imply a permanent price unless that commitment is expressly stated. Any subsequent rate, renewal price, o
